What the Visual-Eyes Support Team Offers:

  • Inbound technical support call centre during business hours, Monday through Friday
  • 24-hour, after-hours emergency response (even on weekends and holidays)
  • Additionally you can submitt requests through our ticket system or by e-mailing support@visual-eyes.ca
