Visual-Eyes has integrated with Telus Health to make submitting health claims easier. You can now submit to insurers directly from within Visual-Eyes; no more double entry through the Telus portal required!
Other benefits of this integration include:
- Allocation amounts are automatically determined for you.
- Predeterminations and authorizations are automatically linked through File Linking.
- Insurance information and required Telus Health patient authorizations can be collected with Visual Forms.
Our Telus eClaims online course (under the ‘Support’ tab on the ‘Training Resources’ page) explains how to set up and submit Telus eClaims directly from within Visual-Eyes. Please contact Product Support ([email protected] or 403-314-1322 x 1) to ensure you are running an up-to-date version and to activate this feature. The Invoice and Linking Modules are required and Visual Forms is strongly recommended.
