Visual-Eyes has added new provincial billing features to our software to help streamline and improve functionality for our users.
New features include:
- Multiple Billings: Within the exam and billing screens, Visual-Eyes users can now create groups of common billings which share a common diagnostic code.
- Appointment and Phone Recall Screens: New billing summary panels now provide key details regarding the patient’s last full government exam, including any additional billings with their ICD9 codes since their last full exam.
- My Billing Screen: Allows you to quickly review pending billings before submitting them, as well as manage any rejections.
- Billing Settings: Several billing restriction options have been added to prevent billing errors (e.g. minimum days between billings, using item groups to default service based on age). Visual-Eyes also can load default items in the event of provincial billing changes.
