To every clinic and team member who completed our 2026 annual survey, thank you. Nearly 30% of clinics across our community participated this year, making it our strongest response rate yet. We read every response, and every rating, comment, and idea helps us understand what is working and where we can improve.
You told us that the professionalism of our team and the strength of our partnership with your clinic are two of your highest points of pride. That means a great deal to us. Your feedback is also helping shape our roadmap in several key areas:
Smarter documentation
You asked for artificial intelligence (AI) tools to capture exam notes and reduce typing. We are developing these tools, including dictation in select areas of Visual-Eyes for our next release.
Faster support responses
Your feedback showed real appreciation for our support team. Many of you took the time to recognize a team member by name, and you told us that email and phone are among your most effective ways to reach us. You also asked for faster responses from our support queue, and we are focused on working to reduce call-back times.
Reporting and dashboards
You asked for a clearer, more dependable way to see your numbers. We are actively building our new Dashboarding module, designed to bring the metrics that matter most to your practice together in one place.
