Practice Consulting Days are on-site sessions designed to help clinics maximize their use of Visual-Eyes. These sessions focus on workflow optimization, feature utilization, and process alignment to ensure clinics operate efficiently and extract maximum value from the system.
A Practice Consulting Day is ideal for clinics that:
- Have been using Visual-Eyes for several years without recent training.
- Have experienced staff turnover or clinic growth.
- Are preparing to roll out a new module or feature.
- Feel their workflows are inefficient or that staff are underusing key features.
- Want to align operational practices with best-in-class standards.
Clinics typically continue with their regular patient schedule during the consulting day. The structure is flexible based on the clinic’s goals. This can include:
- Shadowing
- One-on-One Meetings
- Specialized Training
- Lunch and Learn Sessions
- Open Q&A Periods
Practice Consulting Days are billed at a standard rate of $1,200 per day, plus travel. When scheduled alongside nearby clinic visits, travel is prorated across all participating clinics.
By the end of a consulting day, clinics have typically streamlined daily workflows and reduced redundant steps, while increasing confidence and adoption of newer Visual-Eyes features.
